  • Post-doctoral dissertation: Prawny mechanizm prowadzenia polityki rozwoju w zdecentralizowanych strukturach władzy publicznej [Legal mechanism of operating development policy in decentralised structures of public authority], Poznań 2014;
  • Doctoral dissertation: Swoboda zakładania przedsiębiorstw w świetle Układu Europejskiego ustanawiającego stowarzyszenie między Rzecząpospolitą Polską z jednej strony a Wspólnotami Europejskimi i ich państwami członkowskimi z drugiej strony [Establishment in the Light of the Europe Agreement Establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Poland],  (supervised by prof. dr hab. Teresa Rabska); (2001);
  • Permanent scientific collaboration, participation in research projects in 2017-2019:
    • permanent collaborator with the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid,
    • research projects:
      • researcher in the research project entitled Konstytucyjne bariery stosowania prawa prywatnego w sektorze publicznym [Constitutional barriers to the applicability of private law in the public sector], submitted in an application registered in the OSF (Funding Stream Management) system administered by the Information Processing Centre under no. 2016/23/B/HS5/03774 and approved for financing under National Science Centre competition „OPUS 12”, project head: prof. UAM dr hab. Rafał Szczepaniak; outcome of the project: Constitutional barriers to the applicability of private law in the public sector. A comparative study with particular emphasis on Polish and German law (Part II: Problems of civil law forms of administration activity from the point of view of a representative of the science of public law – K. Kokocińska),
      • head of the research project entitled Prawne aspekty zastosowania innowacyjnych technologii w ochronie zdrowia. Działania państwa na rzecz rozwoju [Legal aspects of application of innovative technologies in healthcare] 2017-2019,
      • head of the research project entitled Publicznoprawne aspekty udziału sektora MŚP w Jednolitym Rynku Cyfrowym (zielone technologie) [Public law aspects of participation of the SMP sector in the Digital Single Market (green technologies)], 2020-2021.

Areas of scholarly interest within the field of science of public economic law:

  • issues relating to the impact of public authority on economic relationships, with particular focus on public law instruments which influence legal position of entrepreneurs,
  • development policy law, with particular focus on strategic development programming,
  • state aid law,
  • EU fund law (cohesion policy and regional development policy),
  • legal aspects involved in the application of state-of-the-art technologies in public administration (including telemedicine, e-health, planning for healthcare provision systems, development of electromobility),
  • public law aspects of the Digital Single Market,
  • organization of public administration  apparatus, its tasks, competences, as well as modes and forms of action,
  • studies on the juncture of public and private law.
